The painter María Dolores Piñero has taken part in several editions of San Isidro Murals. This piece, with simple and lively strokes, is inspired by the elements of the motifs drawn by Miguel Hernández to illustrate his texts. The mural specifically recalls a postcard made by Miguel for his son with the poem Rueda que irás muy lejos.

Pasión del movimiento,
la tierra es tu caballo.
Cabálgala. Domínala.
Y brotará en su casco
su piel de vida y muerte,
de sombra y luz, piafando.

Asciende. Rueda. Vuela,
creador del alba y mayo.
Galopa. Ven. Y colma
el fondo de mis brazos.
