Roberto Ferrández is one of Orihuela’s most relevant painters. His painting assimilates the world and exhumes it of his predictable contours to delve into his premonition of eternity. This mural in the San Isidro district depicts a personal representation of the painting Liberty Leading the People (Eugène Delacroix, 1830) and celebrates the intensity with which Miguel Hernández defended freedom in his life and work.
